Since our start in 2015, QuickLiquidity has provided financing to some of the most overlooked and misunderstood lending opportunities in the commercial real estate industry, to help borrowers just like you.

We had discovered that there is an enormous amount of commercial real estate investors who are asset rich but liquidity poor, with very few ways for them to quickly monetize their equity.

This is often because they have invested in illiquid commercial real estate syndications or because they have first mortgages with expensive prepayment penalties (i.e. CMBS or Fannie Mae).

If any options are available to unlock their trapped equity, they are either time-consuming or cost prohibitive. We knew we had to create a better way to help investors get liquidity, and that is what we did.
